Most orders to Canada require an additional charge of $10.00. The charge for other countries reflects the costs from the US postal service.

The Powerman

Gatorback Skate sponsored the skate race at Powerman on May 14th. We provided prize money for the event.

Powerman was a very well run event. It rained on race day and the course was slick but the promoter showed that his event was not a "Mickey Mouse" production!

At the start of the race, the field quickly split into groups due to the tough course. Randy Bowman of Team Pyro Apparel and a few other skaters formed a lead pack. Mark Farnsworth from the Gatorback Skate pro team and Gary Bowman from Pyro Apparel chased behind the lead pack. Gary crashed due to the slick conditions but was very strong and caught back up to Mark.

Near the end of the race Gary and Mark caught and passed some people from the lead pack. Randy won the race. I don't know the name of the skater that finished second. Gary finished third and Mark finished fourth.
